It was the first Chamber established in Catalonia and the third in Spain. Its current demarcation area comprises 12 municipalities, representing an area of 400.000 inhabitants and of 34.000 companies (98 % of them SMEs).

It has developed 4 expertise areas, including own successful methodology programmes on internationalization of SMEs (more than 12 years); SMEs Managerial Training (More than 10 years); SMEs consultancy, training and mentoring (more than 5 years); start-up consultancy, training and mentoring (more than 10 years).

CCI Terrassa has a 10-years solid experience in entrepreneurship support, especially among start-up. Yearly, our Department of entrepreneurship supports around 150 entrepreneurs of our district willing to create a company. This support includes business plan creation, training on basic management and follow-up.
